Meet Our staff

Krisie Allen

 

Krisie Allen is the owner and lead dance instructor of Dancin’ 4 Ever. Ms. Krisie, as her students call her, has lived in Olney since kindergarten. She hopes to instill in others the passion and love of dance.  She began dancing at the age of 3 and her lifetime of experience, including numerous competitions in the Washington DC area, New York City, and the Steel Pier in Atlantic City begets her natural spirit of excitement about dance, and her belief in its value.  Ms. Krisie spent 13 years as an elementary school teacher for Howard County Public Schools.  In 2008, she decided to combine her passion for teaching with her passion for dance and started teaching classes in the area. In January 2019 she opened her own dance studio which was a dream come true. Ms. Krisie looks forward to spreading the love of dance while teaching strong technique. Always set your goals high on and off the dance floor because dreams really do come true.

Haley Nachlas

 Haley Nachlas is a professional dancer, theater performer, dance educator and award winning choreographer in NYC and the DMV for the last 13 years and is so happy to be bringing her experience to the dancers at D4E. She received her BFA in commercial dance at Pace University NYC with a concentration in performance, choreography and pedagogy (Dance Education). She has performed in numerous regional theaters, most recently in Olney Theater’s production of Senior Class the Musical, as well as Norwegian Cruise Lines and various other projects. Haley’s true passion is giving dancers the tools to become the artist they strive to be. Her teaching style encourages respect for the art form, for oneself, and for others, while emphasizing technique, collaboration, problem-solving, creativity, and discipline. Her students have gone on to collegiate dance programs and teams, NFL dancers, professional dance companies, tour backup dancers, professional commercial dancers, and cruise lines. In addition to teaching, Haley is a judge for national dance competitions and continues to train and perform. 

Madeline Ostenso (Mo)

 Madeline Ostenso (Mo) is beyond excited to teach at Dancin' 4 Ever. Mo has been dancing for 24 years and has experience with a range of dance styles. With ballet training from the Royal Academy of Ballet and the Kirov Academy of Ballet, Mo ventured out to also train in Modern from Hubbard Street Dance, then later Jazz and Hip-Hop. She just recently finished professionally cheering for the Baltimore Blast while serving as their Rookie Captain after winning Rookie of the Year. As a full-time second grade teacher, Mo is thrilled to be combining her passion for teaching and dance at D4E! 

Michele Carlucci

 Michele Carlucci started dancing at 2 years old in Middletown, Delaware. Over the years she took Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern and Lyrical classes and was also on her studio’s performance team for 12 years. Performing at NBA, NLL, MiLB, and NCAA men and women’s basketball games, Disney World, local festivals, as well as various theater productions. In addition to being on the elite level performance team, she was also the color guard captain for both the indoor and outdoor competitive programs. In college, she continued dancing at Susquehanna University on their dance team and in their dance corps. All the while Michele gained a love for teaching and training dancers to enhance their skills and improve technically.  

Brittany George

 

Brittany George grew up in Howard County, Maryland doing Musical Theater & Hip Hop. She has been dancing for 15+ years and currently still trains at Ava Dance Company in Arlington, VA in styles such as Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Pom, Jazz and Heels. She was part of the Marymount University Dance Team all 4 years of college and was a captain her junior and senior year. She is now on her 4th season of being their Assistant Coach! When Ms. Brittany is not dancing, she is a full time Wedding Sales Executive at Spilled Milk Catering. She is so excited to be teaching at Dancin’ 4 Ever!

Brittany Hill

 Brittany Hill is originally from Greensboro, NC, where she gained extensive experience as the Lead Instructor and Tumbling Coordinator at High Point Gymnastics as well as the Director of Tumbling and Acrobatics at Starz Elite Dance Center. After relocating to Maryland, Brittany remained active in youth athletics as the Director of Cheerleading at Olney Boys and Girls Club and a Cheerleading and Tumbling Coach at Maryland Twisters. Brittany is thrilled to return to the dance community and share her passion for acro and tumbling. She is honored to be a part of the Dancin’ 4 Ever family and looks forward to inspiring and empowering her students. 

Claire Bergesen

 Claire Bergesen has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She is currently a junior at Sherwood High School and one of the varsity Pom captains. She is so excited for the upcoming season!  

Emily Mcintyre

 Emily Mcintyre is an elementary school teacher with a passion for dance! She began dancing at three years old and competed with a pre-professional dance troupe at Dance Unlimited and was captain of her high school dance team. Emily graduated from Towson and earned her master’s from Shepherd University. She is looking forward to joining the D4E community!  

Jen Oser

 Jen Oser became part of the Dancin’ 4 Ever family as a Hip Hop Mamma in 2010. She started working at D4E in 2015 and loves being with the students. She enjoys watching them learn and have fun. Jen and her husband, Bert live in Brookeville and have four wonderful children. 

Jen Peter

 

With over 25 years of dance experience and 17 years of teaching, Jen Peter brings both passion and professionalism to the studio. She has trained across multiple styles of movement, including jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, modern, hip hop, and aerial silks, and has trained in various areas of the country, including Texas, California, Florida, and Maryland. Her classes are known for their energy, inclusivity, and strong technical foundation. Jen also brings a background in fitness, which she skillfully incorporates into her teaching to help dancers build strength, stability, and body awareness. Her goal is to empower dancers to grow in both skill and self-confidence, knowing that the discipline and joy found in dance can translate into every area of a dancer's life! She’s passionate about creating a supportive space where every dancer 

can thrive and feel inspired to reach their potential. 

Maegan Fewell

 Maegan Fewell, originally from Calgary, Alberta Canada, Maegan is a versatile dance artist with a focus on contemporary ballet and choreography. She trained for over a decade in the Professional Division at Alberta Ballet School and continued her post-secondary training with Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Maegan has further enriched her training through summer intensives with Complexions Contemporary Ballet, ART of Madrid, Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre, and Prague Ballet. Offered an artistic merit scholarship to train at Point Park University, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration in Ballet, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2025. Maegan is currently dancing with the Ballet Theatre of Maryland as the next step in her professional career.  

Nina Basu

 Nina Basu is from Tampa, Florida. She began her dance career at the age of 13 under the tutelage of Paula Nunez and Osmany Montano at America’s Ballet School. She primarily trained in ballet and attended The Alonzo King Lines Ballet workshops from 2013-2015. In 2016, ballet took Nina to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she attended The Rock School for Dance Education. Nina completed her BA in Anthropology-Sociology in Baltimore, Maryland, and continued ballet as a teacher at Baltimore Ballet. Shortly after working as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins, she joined Ballet Hispanico's second company, BHDos, and traveled on tour with their First Company as a guest. Most recently, Nina danced as a guest artist at BalletX and worked as an arts administrator at the Rock School for Dance Education. She is happy to return to Maryland to spread the joy of dance to the Dancin 4 Ever community!  

Sara Sanz

 

Sara Sanz, originally from New York, began growing her passion for dance performing at a young age for festivals and community outreach programs all over Long Island. She graduated from University of Maryland and received her BFA in Dance as a Creative and Performing Arts Scholar under the tutelage of Alvin Mayes. While earning her BFA she had the opportunity to attend American College Dance Festival, perform at Millennium Stage and Dance Place, as well as work in residence with Joe Goode, Dianne McIntyre, Terry Creach, and Elisa Clark.  After graduating she performed professionally with Circle of Dance Repertory Company in NY and earned her MAT from National University. She has truly enjoyed teaching a variety of dance styles to students K-8th grade at performing arts magnet schools throughout Prince Georges and Montgomery County.  Opening a world of movement and fostering a passion for the arts in our youth is what truly drives her passion to teach. 

Sonia Flickinger

 Sonia Flickinger started her dance career at the age of two at studios around the Montgomery County area. She has been in a variety of classes and has experienced all styles of dance. She has been a member of the Sherwood Poms squad for the past three years and is now a captain. She also is a part of the Rock ‘n’ Roll revival production for her high school as a dancer. She loves to spread her knowledge of dance to others! 

Claire McHugh

 Claire McHugh has been dancing since the age of three and grew up training in a variety of styles. She also competed for several years. Claire was a member of the Sherwood High School Pom Squad for three seasons and served in a leadership role during her senior year. Claire enjoyed performing in Sherwood High School’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival. She is excited to be a part of the D4E family!
