D4E Studio Policies

Class Placement: Dancin’ 4 Ever reserves the right to move/place students according to age and ability. The registration is reviewed by management before placement is finalized. 

Age Deadline: September 1, 2022 is the age eligibility deadline date for class placement. 

Tuition: Tuition is due at the time of registration.  We accept credit cards, checks made out to Dancin’ 4 Ever and cash. There is a $30 return check charge for any checks returned from the bank. 

Registration: In order to be registered, you must complete the online registration and pay the tuition fee.   

Class Cancelation: D4E reserves the right to cancel a class that does not meet our student enrollment requirements.  In this situation, dancers will be fully refunded.

Shoe Policy:  We ask that all shoes worn for dance are used only for dance class and not to be worn as a street shoe. This is to protect our flooring. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Hair Policy:  All hair should be worn pulled back and out of the face.

Dress Code: Please see the attire/what to bring tab for each class.

Water Bottles: All dancers should bring a labeled water bottle to class.

Recital: The recital is optional and not required in order to participate in class. The purchase of a recital  package will include 2 recital tickets, costume(s), recital shirt, and a digital DVD link.  Recital pictures are optional for purchase.  

Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for tuition, recital tickets, costume costs or student's absence from class or camps.   Camps will not be eligible for any refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the camp.

Communication: The studio will communicate important information through email, website, and flyers.  Please let the studio know ASAP if your email, address, or telephone number has changed. 

Attendance: Attendance and participation are important for a dance student to progress.  

Diversity Policy: Dancin' 4 Ever prides itself on its commitment to diversity, and takes steps at all times and with respect to all its functions, policies and procedures to ensure that no learner is discriminated against on grounds of race, disability, gender, religion, sexual orientation or for any other reason.

Inclement Weather or Other Cancellations: We follow MCPS decisions with inclement weather.
